The Ballabourneen Family

Ballabourneen is a Family and we make every effort to convey a warm and welcoming family feeling to all who work in or visit our Cellar Door. Alex and Di Stuart are the titular founders of the Ballabourneen wine name having established the original Ballabourneen vineyard and wine brand in 1994. Daniel (Bucket) Binet is the backbone of the company as the winemaker, entertainer, bon vivant and inspiration behind the wines, creativity and culture of the company. Ballabourneen's Cellar Door and Bucket Society is ably supported by Jenny Bright, a qualified winemaker and viticulturist, and Pip Travers who works in the Cellar Door and represents Ballabourneen at various produce markets. We also enjoy the assistance of Leisa Ferguson who manages the financial side of the company and Natalie Surian who keeps Dan on the straight and narrow.
