Refund & Return Policy

Should you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit you can:

1.     Refuse to accept delivery of the product and demand the delivery company “Return the product to Sender”. We will then either:

§  provide you with replacement product if available;

§  provide you with an alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the damaged product; or

§  provide you with a full refund.

2.     If you have already accepted delivery and then notice the product has been damaged during transit, we will either:

§  provide you with replacement product if available;

§  provide you with an alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the damaged product; or

§  provide you with a refund to the value of the damaged product.

Should you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered, we will either:

  • pay for the return of the product and provide you with the correct product if available;
  • refund the difference in value if the received product is of lower value than the ordered product; or
  • pay for the return of the product and provide you with a full refund.

 

Shipping Information

All Australian orders will be delivered via Australia Post.  The expected delivery time for addresses within New South Wales is  1 to 4 business days  and for addresses outside New South Wales 3 to 5 business days.  Please provide a Business Hours address and contact details.  Signature of a person over the age of 18 will be required on delivery.  Otherwise, please provide special delivery instructions if no-one is home.  

Note: If you elect to have your wine delivered to the back/front door without a signature, Ballabourneen Wine Co will not be liable for missing parcels. If you are not at home at time of delivery, Ballabourneen Wine Co. HIGHLY recommends sending the wine back to the local postal outlet, where both ID & a signature will be required to pick up your wine.
